Are you early or are you late. In his book Blink, Malcolm Gladwell teaches of the importance of logging 10,000 hours towards your craft in order to become a huge success.  Remember if it holds true or the Beatles, it probably holds true for you.

We must decide how you will go about logging these hours. Are you willing to wake up at 5:00am and get a move on the road to success or are you a night owl who we be out picking up every dollar to be earned in the dark.  As Mario Puzo once put it, "You can only get rich in the dark."
 It doesn't matter when you do it. It only matters that you do it. And that you do it with enthusiasm. When will you log those extra hours?  I am logging mine now.  I'll see you in the morning!
